Shipping & Handling / Returns
Our primary goal is to provide excellent customer service and quick turn-around shipping. All purchases are shipped via Parcel Post or Priority Mail and are shipped within one-two business days. Our shipping rates are as of January 04, 2013 and include a "Delivery Confirmation" for tracking your order.  All packages are automatically insured.

We use professional packing material and boxes to protect your items and have a 99.9% success rate in delivering undamaged goods. However, loss and damage can still occur. For this reason, we offer US Postal Insurance for all shipments as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

Postal Insurance Rates are $1.80 for the first $50.00 of insurance.  All packages are insured for the entire amount of the order per updated 2013 insurance rates.

In the case of damaged/broken items be sure to keep the original shipping container and all packaging materials as your shipping label contains all the insurance information required by the insurer.  Send an e-mail to mystic.fairy@frontier.com explaining the problem and a claim will be initiated with the insurer.

You may return an item within 15 days of receipt and the purchase price will be refunded. The returned item must be in the original packaging and in NEW condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Since we offer insurance on your purchase, we do not accept returns for damaged items. If your item is damaged or broken in shipment please remember to keep the shipping container and all packaging material for when you file your insurance claim.
